Forgot Your Password?

1. Request a Password Reset:
   • On the Log In page, click “Forgot Password?”.
   • Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
   • We’ll send you a password reset link to your email.
2. Reset Your Password:
   • Check your inbox for the reset link (make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it).
   • Click on the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
   • Choose a strong password for security (ideally, a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
3. Log In with Your New Password:
   • Once your password is successfully reset, return to the login page and enter your new password to access your account.

Change Your Password (If You’re Logged In)

1. Go to Security Settings:
   • Log in to your account and navigate to My Account > Security Settings.
   • Click on Change Password.
2. Enter Your Current and New Password:
   • Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
   • Click Save to update your password.

Tips for a Strong Password:

• Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name or birthdate.
• Make your password at least 8 characters long.
