How Do I Cancel an Order?

If you’ve changed your mind or need to cancel an order, we are happy to assist! Please follow the steps below to request an order cancellation.

Order Cancellation Process

1. Check Your Order Status:
   • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You can still return the item(s) once they are delivered.
   • To check your order status, log in to your PowerFuel.co.in account and visit My Account > My Orders.
2. Cancel Before Shipping:
   • If your order is still being processed and hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it easily.
   • Contact our customer support team as soon as possible via:

   • Provide your order number and request cancellation.
   • We will cancel your order and process a refund to your original payment method (or store credit, depending on the payment method).
3. Cancel After Shipping (If Applicable):
   • If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
   • If cancellation isn’t possible, you can still return the item(s) once received for a refund or exchange.
   • Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

Important Notes:

• Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been processed for shipment. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• If your order is already in transit, you can refuse delivery and the courier will return the item back to us. Once received, we will issue a refund.
