- Keep the packaging, as we may ask for it to process your return or replacement request.

- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
- Return the Damaged Item (If Requested):
- If the damage is confirmed, we’ll guide you through the return process.
- In most cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
- Replacement or Refund:
- Replacement: If a replacement item is available, we will send you a new product as soon as possible.
- Refund: If a replacement isn’t available or you prefer a refund, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method (or store credit, if applicable).
