Tracking Your Item
We want you to stay updated on the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, you can easily track its progress until it reaches your doorstep. Here’s how to track your item:
How to Track Your Order:
- Tracking Your Order via Email:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your item.
- Simply click on the tracking link in the email to view real-time updates on your order’s status.
- Track via Your Account:
- Log in to your PowerFuel.co.in account and go to My Account > My Orders.
- Locate the order you want to track and click on the “Track Order” button.
- You’ll be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page with the latest updates.
- Track via Carrier’s Website:
- If you prefer to track your order directly through the carrier’s website, use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
- Visit the carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.) and enter your tracking number to get the latest status of your shipment.
Tracking Information Not Updating?
- Sometimes tracking updates may not be immediately available.
